What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Went for a 3 mile walk
What would I have done differently? track my calories

Back from an extended weekend college visit to our youngest daughter. Lots of fun! Took a few great walks and ate lots of food. Next Monday's weigh-in will be interesting!

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Had a wonderful day with my 2 oldest girls and a couple cousins. (the trip back from college and more good times)
What would I have done differently? a little less indulging

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? I didn't set one, but I ran 3 miles so that was good for me!
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Ran 3 miles and did push-ups and sit-ups... Working my way up.
What would I have done differently? Complete my daily check in (agree!)
What is today's personal goals? Start hundredpushups.com challenge, W1D2. Do some exercise - possibly walking + stairs. Eat my calories and try to max out my protein and fat. Less carbs, Meag. Less carbs.

Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes, i did with some to spare. I'm actually struggling to meet my cals this week.
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes! I started the challenge along with loads of AWESOME MFP friends. And I walked, climbed 500 steps to the top of the escarpment, and then jogged 2.5ks home. Felt great! Ate more fat + protein, and was under my carb allowance for the day.
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I consciously chose some foods over others because of their fat/protein content. It was difficult because I really much prefer the carbs, but in the end I think it will benefit me. Just have to get used to it. I'm so used to thinking fat = bad.
What would I have done differently? Water, water, water.
What is today's personal goals? Meet my cals, eat more protein + fat, and get out to run even if it's raining.

Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yep! And I met my protein goals
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Sure did. Ran and met my calorie and protein goals. Felt great!
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I did really well on all my goals, and I neg. split my 2.25 mile run. Also, did 2 full sets of my circuit training.
What would I have done differently? Water, water, water. Again. I know.
What is today's personal goals? Rest, stretch and do my hundredpushup.com challenge! Oh and STRETCH! Jeeeez my legs are sore :grumble:

Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes, apart from being over my carbs and protein! haha did great on cals, sodium and fat though.
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes. Push-up challenge is on!
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I ate well, but snacked a lot after work. Surprise surprise. At least I saved calories for them. I just wish I didn't have to eat so many carbs. It's all that keeps, really. No fridge or anything at work.
What would I have done differently? Water, water, water. I'm like a broken record. I try, but it never pans out.
What is today's personal goals? Well today's almost over but I'm going to try and pack more protein-rich snacks for work. Try!
