Amazing! I'm hoping with more weight loss and continued heavy lifting I will have arms like that! Great job and very inspiring.

I'm coming back to follow this advice once I've lost a bit more weight.

I don't have much hope for my upper arms improving very much after being overweight for 16 years, and being 53 now. I work my triceps a lot, but there's no way I'll ever get enough muscle to fill the space, and if I did I'd look like Popeye!

"brain crunchers" isolate your triceps. It's an actual exercise with weights

Haha, I've always heard those referred to as "skull crushers"

A quick Google of this and no luck! Could you give us a clue as to what to do, i'm ionterested! As i'm happy with my bicep by my hammock just wont go!
I'd like to know too! "Hammock"!
It seems they're more commonly called "brain crushers" or "skull crushers".

    Here's a youtube link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bTfhYeYXcy8

Looks like a good exercise, though, thanks for the suggestion. My arms are OK, but tris could always use some work.

bumping for later - youtube blocked at work

Bump - waiting for more pics & success stories too!

I'm one of those owning bingo wings and I hate them -.- even though I could still lose a good amount of weight, I lost several kgs and they didn't go away! I guess my arms are much smaller now, but exercise only improved my biceps and triceps... I'm starting to wonder if I have to lose a lot of kgs or get very ripped in order to get rid of them.
