I've searched how to post pics on the msg boards here, so hope this works ok. First pic is of me at Halloween last year - at my all time heaviest. Second pic is this Oct, almost 60 lbs lost. This site has been great for me and my wonderful mother who is doing this with me - I don't think I could have done this without the help of MFP AND my beautiful mom who has been both encouraging and inspirational ( she has lost 78 lbs!)
