Just starting out (again)

Hello all, first of all I would like to thank you all that use MFP as the stories you offer are truly inspirational. The basics are I'm 42, male, live in the UK and I've neglected myself over the years to the point when I stepped on the scales six weeks ago and found my weight at probably its highest ever, 24 stone 5 lbs (343lbs). I first discovered MFP a couple of years ago, weighing slightly less than what I do now but managed to keep to a strict diet and with the help of the app I lost a fair few pounds and managed to get down to 21 stone 7 lbs (305lbs). The will power stopped, I went on holiday, and the pounds came back. But this time I've given myself an ultimatum, that it's the last chance to do this and do this right. So here I am, started on the 7th April, and a month later I'm 21lbs lighter at the last weigh in. I'm putting this firstly to introduce myself and secondly for me to go back to should the will power begin to wilt, it's all psychological you see :)

So anyways, hello, glad I've do this, and to anyone reading this thinking they need to start, please do it, we can all do this together.

I just started again a few weeks ago, so add me if you like. I'm looking for a new batch of friends with open diaries to steal ideas from ;)

    We can do this!
