Eating Too Much?

Currently, my calories intake is 1330. I am 4'9" and at 119 lbs. I am looking to lose at least 10lbs. I am wondering if 1330 is too much for me because I just can't see my weight change at all. I work out almost daily, 30-40 minutes of cardio/walking and I do weights like bench row, shoulder press, kettle bell, mostly arm workouts. I eat healthy as well. I don't drink much either. I'm getting married in December, and I would like to try to achieve this goal and look my best. The thing is, I can notice I am getting thinner, but my weight will not go down or it just is on a roller coaster ride. Any help would be great. Should I up or down my calories intake? Any suggestions?
