Hi guys.
I go to the gym 6 days a week and rest on Sundays. 6 days of cardio and 3 days of weights. On those days, I don't feel nearly as hungry. I have noticed on my rest day, I am STARVING! Anyone know why I am so hungry on that day?

I suspect with only one rest day your body is finally doing repairs and needs the extra calories for that...0

I am this way too. On workout days I am much less hungry than on rest days. I agree with SezxyStef that it's likely your body doing repairs and needing extra fuel for that process.0

Agree with the (awesome) previous posters. This is a good argument for the TDEE method... Have you tried averaging your total calorie expenditure over the week and eating the average amount daily? I don't do that myself, but I often undereat a little on workout days and overeat a little on rest days.0
