What are your non-weight related goals?

Whilst trying to lose weight what are everyone's healthy-living and/or fitness goals either short-term or long-term?

Here's mine:

1) (short-term) Have some yummy treat food on my birthday, but also have some self-control and not go over board!
2) Run a sub-30 5K
3) Run a sub 1 hour 5 min 10K
4) Run any distance over 10K for the first time ever, even if it's slow!
5) Strengthen my body so I don't often struggle lifting/pushing things in day-to-day life/at work etc.

What are everyone else's goals?

    My goal is to run a half-marathon in April 2015.

    In the mean-time, I continue to participate in 5K runs in which I strive for a better time.

    The "heavy" category, which involves marching the 26.2 miles while carrying a 40 pound pack. I figure I've lost over that already, and will have lost another 30 or so by then :)
