5:2 & 16/8 fasters - a couple questions

I have two questions for those who practice intermittent fasting.
I currently do 16/8 IF. I'm planning to start 5:2 this week and see how that goes. Does anyone else do both? If so, do you find it hard on the days following the fast days to wait until your normal time to eat?
My other question is for those who have higher TDEEs. I've read 500 for women, but I've also read 1/4 of maintenance calories for women. My TDEE is over 3000 calories per day (the last 4 weeks I've averaged 2500 calories per day and lost 6.5 pounds). If I do 1/4 of my maintenance, it would be closer to the 700-800 range. Does anyone else do higher than 500 calories per day? Do you still notice the same benefits?
Thanks!
