Beginning insanity to shred weight

Hi there 

I am going to be restarting the inanity programme yet again and want to get my eating right to support the exercise. 

So I will be using whey protein and have also got BCAA and creatine to use although I'm not sure the science of these products. 

I will be looking to hit macros targets but if anyone can help with percentages then that'd be great. I am currently 17 stone, 27 years old. 

Looking for advice please.
