Sport Armbands for iPhone

After launching my iPhone across the room several times while running on a treadmill, I am in serious need of an armband. I spent the weekend looking at a few options but feel somewhat overwhelmed with the selections.
I use my iPhone to listen to music so I would need easy access to the headphone connection. Also, if available, I would prefer an armband that would fit an iPhone in a case.
Again, I have looked at many options, but personal reviews are typically more reliable. Has anyone used a particular armband with satisfactory results that they would recommend?
