Well, I'm INCREDIBLY dissappointed in the pictures for this.

I DROPPED from 178 to 168.4, and I LOST inches around my waist from 34 to 31.5, AND I LOST 2.5% body fat.

The pictures however, say I'm FATTER than I was! There is absolutely no comparison what so ever!

The only picture I'm going to post is the only one that shows a visible difference and that's my back.

After busting my *kitten* for a month in this program, you'd think there would be something better to show for it.

You lost inches, you lost body fat, and you're showing muscle tone. I personally call that a win so congrats. Don't give up because of your frustration. It's misplaced because you're winning!

Oh never said I was giving up on anything, I've finished the program, it's just disheartening to not see anything in the other pictures....this picture is the ONLY picture that shows anything at all.

My guess would be because you dropped weight and inches you probably did not get a chance to build muscle. Once you start a strength training program you will see some monster changes now that you have lost so much of the "Bad stuff". Keep at it!

Thanks, I was more looking at the stomach area and stuff like that....figured it would be smaller but looks bigger.

Either way, I'm doing the Les Mills Combat program now coupling with running to train for another marathon, and then moving to Asylum Vol 2. Volume 1 was a great program and had a good deal of strength training, but I think volume 2 has more strength in the program.

You're a bit more "defined", but body transformation and re composition takes WAY MORE than one month. It took me 2 years of busting my *kitten* in a gym 5-6 days a week to build a great foundation that I've been able to maintain for the last 28 years.

for sure it is! I just figured I'd see "something" with 10lbs lost....I guess the back is where I see it!
