    Yoga Monday, Wednesday, Friday at lunch, along with running Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. Good core training and flexibility.

    Last I checked, yoga was not a gender specific activity. Go for it if it's something you're interested in trying.

    before anyone says "keigals"- it could go either way- but technically there is a male version of that as well.

    This is not entirely true. Tenacious D talks about a very specific kind of push up on one of their albums. You'll have to look it up.

    My new gym has classes every Wednesday, I'm starting this week after showing the initial signs of 'Donald Duck Syndrome'

    I have the worst flexibility ever in my hamstrings, so I'm pretty nervous.
