Hey lads,

I have been lifting for 2 months now, and I enjoy the variation in exercises. I lift as hard as I can, and even though many folks on the internet do advice me to use a pre-built schedule such as SS, I still wanted to build upon the earlier-borrowed schedule (THT 3 Day Split). I added a day to the week, and split my schedule into Leg, Chest+Biceps, Back+Triceps and Shoulder day. Every day has some kind of extra ab exercises.

This is it:

Leg day :
-Squats(warmup+4x8)
-Leg press 4x8
-Leg extensions 4x8
-Lying leg curls 4x8
-Standing calf raises 4x8
-Weighted Crunch 4x8
-Reverse Crunch 4x8

Chest +biceps day:
-Chest press (warmup+4x8)
-Dumbbell bench press 4x8
-Pec Flyes 4x8
-Cable Cross 4x8

-Barbell Curl 4x8
-Incline Dumbbell curl 4x8
-Concentration curl 4x8

Ab race:(10x jackhammers->10x crunchs->10x toe touches->10x rows -> 10x leg raises )x2

Back +triceps day:
-Deadlift(warmup+4x8)
-Reverse Grip Bent-Over Rows 4x8
-Seated Cable Row 4x8
-Hyperextensions 4x8

French curl 4x8
-Triceps pushdown 4x8
-Overhead dumbbell 4x8

Shrugs 4x8

3x 3 min planking
2x side plank

Shoulder day:
-Standing military press 4x8
-One arm lateral 4x8(both sides)
-Dummbell press 4x8
-Dumbbell lying one-arm rear lateral raise 4x8

Any ideas, tips, comments about this?
