What do people do when they are not hungry? My goal is 1400ish cals a day but I can hardly do 800 so what do people do when this happens? I dont want to make myself sick by eating more.

Eat more calorie dense foods. 100 calories of celery is a ton of food but 100 calories of peanut butter is just a little. Nuts, nut butters, avocados, full fat dairy, no "diet" foods - all make it easy to get the calories without a lot of extra food.0

Step 1 - Grab Spoon
Step 2 - Grab peanut butter jar
Step 3 - Insert spoon into peanut butter
Step 4 - repeat as necessary.0 -
what they said. If you're into it you can also choose to drink your calories: make yourself a super dense smoothie first thing and get 500 right off the bat. You should for sure be eating more than 800 calories. I'm not saying you can't survive on that much, you can, but it probably isn't good for you if it isn't medically supervised.0

Well, do you like to drink flavored drinks? Try checking out some Wylers light, which is a low-priced yet low-caloried drink flavorer. Anything like Crystal light would work (but I'm more worried about the price range).
Every drink packet equals to ten calories, but you're supposed to split that in half with every 20oz or something like that.
I use it all in one sitting though.
and also, check out rice cakes (100 calories each) and try crackers. They're highly addictive, so definitely check out the items I've mentioned0 -
Hunger is not the only indication that your body needs energy. If you have eaten at a low level for a while, it is likely that your brain has stopped sending hunger signals as often as it should per your body's needs.
I agree with the posters above to add in some more calorie dense foods like peanut butter, nuts, beans, cake, etc.0 -
I would also add, since I don't know you and I don't know if this is the case, that if that 800 calories is your "net" calories, but you're really eating 1400+ calories of food per day, then you might want to pull back some on the cardio and switch some of your workouts to lifting heavy weights.0
