Hi everyone, I'm Robin. I've been on this website for a couple of years and it surely has been a roller coaster ride. Weight up and down like a yoyo constantly. But today, May 5th, I'm starting again. I have been going to the gym and power walking pretty steadily, but on April 25th I found out that I have bursitis in both of my hip joints. Even though I continued to go to the gym, I didn't realize how badly this bursitis could affect my way of life. Tomorrow I'm going to the DR in the a.m. and get cortisone shots in both hips. As soon as the DR gives the ok to go back to the gym - I'll be beatin feet to get there. I would surely appreciate some words of encouragement and motivation, which of neither have come my way. I could really use a friend who is hell bent on taking off extra weight and living a healthier lifestyle. Feel free to e-mail me at rshoen@yahoo.com. I look forward to hearing from you.
