3 large scoops strawberry ice cream
2 cups milk
1/4 cup strawberry-flavored syrup ( nesquik is great)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup whipped cream or frozen whipped topping, thawed
In a blender, combine ice cream, milk, syrup, and vanilla; blend on high speed until thoroughly mixed.
Pour into 4 glasses and top each with a teaspoon of whipped cream. Serve immediately.0 -

My protein shakes are literally as delicious as any strawberry shake I've had.
2 scoops Trutein vanilla protein powder
1/4 c egg whites
1-2 c frozen strawberries
as much water as you want to make it the desired consistency
blend
They are so awesome, I have one every day.0 -
Strawberry yogurt
banana
frozen strawberries
very thick - usually have to add milk. You could add ice cream or switch the yogurt out for ice cream if you wanted. I have tried it with ice cream and protein powder but the protein has a flavor I guess. I make these for my boys so calories are not a concern.0 -

years and years and years ago this was a weight watchers treat
1/2 cup fat free condensed milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 packet artificial sweetener
6-8 whole frozen strawberries
put the first 3 ingredients in a blender and drop the strawberries in one at a time, blend until nice and thick0
