poly and mono fats

hi all you happy peppy people!!

here is my question. are poly and mono fats really all that bad? i know some in moderation can be good for you, but on my nutrition goals it always says 0 for both. even as i approach my maint mode i noticed my goal for these fats is still 0.

    it probably says 0 because there is no consensus on an actual suggested level for those.

    poly and mono unsatered fats are absolutely fine to consume.

    Those would be the "good" fats...the reason it says zero is that there is no government sanctioned recommendation for intake.
