hi all you happy peppy people!!
here is my question. are poly and mono fats really all that bad? i know some in moderation can be good for you, but on my nutrition goals it always says 0 for both. even as i approach my maint mode i noticed my goal for these fats is still 0.

it probably says 0 because there is no consensus on an actual suggested level for those.
poly and mono unsatered fats are absolutely fine to consume.0 -
Those would be the "good" fats...the reason it says zero is that there is no government sanctioned recommendation for intake.0
