that hangs on the bottom of (or should I say, under) your bicep . . . .

what's the best way to get rid of that? I've been doing tricep dips and extensions. Anything else help in getting shapely upper arms?

    That's body fat. As you might have heard, it's not possible to target fat loss. An explanation is here:

    Basically just get into a calorie deficit and do full-body strength training. Working your triceps a lot won't give you the results you want.

    Lose fat - which will come off where it wants to come off - and do some form of strength/weights/resistance exercises. A small calorie deficit is best for fat loss.
