Stuck, getting unmotivated, feeling alone

I have been on my journey for 9 months now, and have been losing weight consistently, for the first 6 months I was doing great. But things have made a turn for the worst. I have always binged,, and recently it has gotten out of control. I gained 5 pounds, and didn't stop working out or eating pretty good. But on weekends I would eat at least 5,000 calories. Now I know that when i'm shoving food down my throat that I will feel terrible about it after. But yet, I still do it. It's not everyday either, I normally do it once or twice on the weekend. So here I am, (also been the only one in my family working out and eating healthy) I'm at my last 20 pounds to lose, and decided enough is enough with the binge eating. It would be really helpful to have some friends on here that could relate. I want this really bad, but I feel like i'll never get there some days. I enjoy exercising and eating clean - don't want to stop that now. But I need to get a hold on this binge eating thing, that has been controlling me. I have tried things like drinking tons of water and trying to get my mind off of it, I don't even keep goodies in the house... I guess what i'm hoping is to have people to talk to when I feel like I want to binge eat. I want to keep the weight I HAVE worked hard to lose.... being over weight was miserable. I'm stuck in the weird " okay i look 'normal' " now phase but not quite at my goal. So frustrating! So please, anyone add me! i'm really needing some motivation to keep going, and I'll do the same!

Been stuck at the 'okay I look normal' phase for a few years now, fighting my last 10kg/20lbs ever since I lost my initial 25+kg 2ish years ago. And being an emotional eater who is very emotional I totally understand binging, and then guilt tripping yourself and all that... Just did the whole big binge-big guilt trip a couple of days ago on my birthday, so... yeah... totally get you. Feel free to add me!0
