Hi, I've been on a diet for a week and lightly working out everyday. My goal is to loose 30 pounds. So far I've lost about 4 in a week. I have stall since Saturday. Has anyone tried garcinia cambogia while working out and dieting. Please help i just need to lose weight faster. I have an event going on in 2 months

    From what I've seen of the customer reviews for this stuff, it's worthless and any effect is a placebo. Save your money. Or spend it on a fitness activity you'll enjoy enough to do regularly.

    There is no shortcut to weight loss that will give you healthy, permanent results. Sorry.
