I need help in knowing what I need to look for.
I'd like to find one that I can use for walking, jogging, zumba, and spinning. I haven't started classes on the last two yet but will be in the next couple of weeks.
Any and all help will be appreciated!

i have had the Polar FT7 for just over a week now and i am addicted to it...i actually went 5 miles sunday on my beach walk and ran 1/2 of it just so i could get over 500 calories burned for the day ( i ended up with like 636 but who's counting LOL)

i love love love it....it is very easy to set up and use and you can't feel the chest strap at all.....

www.walmart.com for under $105 with shipping.
  • I have a Timex heart rate monitor that I got from Target online. It wasn't too expensive (around $50) and its very easy to use! It tracks time, calories burned, average HR, time in target zone, etc. The only thing is that the watch itself runs small. I'm a petite woman (5'1), at 136 pounds and it fits great. But I'm not sure if it would fit around my husbands wrists at 6'2, 220 pounds. Thats the only downfall to this watch. Let me know if you want the exact brand and the spec on this watch!
