What do you eat for breakfast?

I'm getting bored with eating a similar breakfast every morning! I usually have little time to prepare a breakfast, so just give me some ideas on what you eat on a regular basis! Especially if you are running on a little amount of time in the mornings! Thanks!

I eat 1 cup 0% fat vanilla greek yogurt with 1/4 banana and 2 cut up strawberries with 1/3 c granola.

It's delicious and fills me up for about 3-4 hours.

Light and fit Greek yogurt and fruit or lately, a Quest protein bar. And I always have coffee.

I have a Clif Bar every morning for breakfast. I can't eat anything too heavy very soon after waking up, and those bars are light and keep me full for a couple hours at least.

Eggs every day. Asparagus ham and cheese omlet. Mushroom omelet. Over easy with turkey sausage or bacon. All kinds of scrambles. Sometime I roll them up in a tortilla. I don't eat starch though... Oh and like 20 or 30 ounces of coffee which my doctor wishes I'd cut back on.

If you're short on time in the morning, set up overnight oats before bed.

    In a mason jar -
    1/2 cup oatmeal
    1/3 cup yogurt
1/2 cup milk (or milk substitute, or water)
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
Put the lid on nice and tight, give it a good shake and pop in the fridge for night. In the morning add a Tbs of honey, some nuts and fruit of your choice, stir and enjoy. Easy to take with you, too. Change up the flavors with maple syrup instead of honey, different fruits, dried fruits, etc.

I make an egg omelet. I use one full egg and 2 egg whites. Then, put a little milk in it to make it fluffy, then use one slice of american cheese and then a 1/4 cup of mozzarella. Then have a banana or some clementines.

Or I will make a protein shake and also have bowl of oatmeal. The real stuff.. Not the instant.

or I will have fruit and a bowl of cereal. usually frosted wheats. good for the iron

I absolutely love Bob's Red Mill Gluten-free Muesli. Add some Greek yogurt or milk (unsweetened vanilla coconut or almond milk is amazing), raw honey, and a spoonful of chia seeds for an awesome and filling breakfast. Of course, I'll have 4 servings (1 full cup) along with either eggs or a protein shake. My goal is to maintain, not lose, weight so my servings will be higher. I do, however, have a couple of my clients and athletes eating Muesli, too...

I usually have some kind of cold cereal with yogurt or milk, strawberries or other fruit on top. I'm really into Kashi cereal lately. :)

I eat when I get to work. It's pretty limited variety. Sometimes, if my husband prepares a dish for me the night before, I'll have fruit too.

    Instant oatmeal
Nature Valley Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Protein Bar
    Kind Bar
    Greek Yogurt

On some rare occasion when I know I'll have extra calories for the day, I may have a bagel and cream cheese from the deli in my building.

(overnight) oatmeal with protein powder and fruit! (it's the best with microwaved banana  )
A big ol' bowl of yogurt and fruit/nuts/coconut
pancake: 1 egg, 1/2 banana, pumpkin puree, and protein powder
A couple pieces of fruit and a big cup of coffee

I've tried lots of breakfast idea with eggs+veggies, however they always left me hungry no matter how much food I would pack in! Now I pretty much only eat the meals I listed above, for they're fast and the only things that keep me full.

I just started mixing in 2% cottage cheese and blueberries and/or bananas. Two things I never put enough of in my diet: protein and fruit. This is a double whammy and not too big of a calorie commitment to muscle out lunch and dinner choices that I really like.

I usually always eat sliced up apples and banana with cinnamon, coffee with soy French vanilla creamer and 1or 2 hard boiled eggs or I will have a big bowl of berries. Either way I always start my day with fruit!
