So i'm up to 150g of protein today. I weigh 134 pounds I want to hit 150 pounds to be more defined. I normally eat around 70-80g of protein a day. If I crank it up to 100-130g a day will I gain muscle weight?

If you want to gain muscle, you need a good resistance training program of progressive overload. That means you need to lift heavy weights and gradually increase the weight as you get stronger. Adequate protein is essential to muscle growth, but protein alone won't do a thing unless you're challenging your muscles. Your muscles grow in response to an increased load on them. Also, to gain muscle mass, you'll need to be in a calorie surplus. How much depends on your goals. You might want to check out the Gaining Weight section of the forums for more advice. Good luck!0
