well i think this is about the 3rd time i have been back here, im really hoping for a good group of supportive users who post mostly each day ! im from Newcastle Australia and am looking to lose about 25kg which is pretty significant! hoping to find some chatty and helpful friends along the way.

Me too! I lost a nice bit and have since put it all back on and an extra 10lbs, the last lb of which I shifted last week so I am now back to where I started. Raging!! Am in Dublin, Ireland, feel free to add me x
