So.. Here's my sob story ready to put it behind.lol

Well first I don't take myself seriously, I believe it makes life so much better to be able to laugh at youself and just enjoy it always trying to better youself along the way. So here it is..:-)
I'm 24, husband is navy. And been married for 5 years with a sweet little 3yr old girl.
This isn't the first time I've started this app.. It seems things keep getting in the way of weight loss! (Don't lie we all make excuses.lol) about 5 months ago I was down to 160lbs! And before that I've had back problems after I had my daughter. It's always been a struggle to push thru the pain with exercise. So I focused on eating right.. And then about a week before Christmas I lost all control of my legs, I couldn't walk or move my legs for the 6 days I was in the hospital.. Basically my dr injected an epidural steroid shot into my back to bring down swelling and I have had so many that I have too much scar tissue he pushed too far and hit my spinal cord having to give me a blood patch.. To seal the puncture wound.. My goodness ... I wouldn't recommend a shot to anyone.. They won't do back surgey until I get older. Which I completely understand bc in the future it causes more issues.. Well my husband left for deployment right after I had the blood patch.. Right before my fall..mom moved in with me bc she lost her job and it was nice bc she was able to be there for Xmas. And i got out of the hospital day before Christmas Eve. Yay! Anyways months later I'm here husbands back I can not tell you even how amazing it felt to get him back! And I'm 205lbs..(oh my) never thought that would happen. I'm back to walking on my own.. Threw the walker and cane back at the medical supply place! (Not really but I stressed I DID NOT WANT IT ANYMORE) still in physical therapy and the BIG goal is to get pregnant to bring a 2nd little baby into the world next year. My drs gave me the ok. But I have to get healthy! Someone really needs to beat that into my head. I went though a phase where I didn't give a crap bout what I ate I just wanted to walk on my own. And be able to wrestle with my little one.(she's a huge tomboy..lol) so I guess it's time. I'm pretty much akward but I enjoy it. It's time to move on from the past and get my butt in gear! Can someone give me a shove? Lol.i think progress is faster in numbers! Oh and hi everyone!

That is a sob story. Very sad to hear how much you've been through with your back.

You can lose weight without doing any exercise. That's a fact. You just need to start counting those cals and weighing your food and logging it in here. Once you're eating less, then you will lose weight.

Best of luck. The hardest part is to make the decision to have a better life.

This true story always inspires me. He was using a walker, too.
