Weighted Russian Twists OR Exercise Ball Crunches??
I'm making a training program and only have room for one.. so. which one would you pick?

Bicycle crunches beat both for activation of the most ab muscles in an exercise.

Between those two I would pick Ball Crunches. All tho they both work abs a little differently. If you have only time for one exercise if I were you I would pick something that has that siting up motion as well as rotation motion at same time to get the most out of my time. Like person above me said, bicycles are good example of that. Something like Sit-Up Twists is another good one what uses both movements.0

If I really had to pick it would be Russian Twist, with a med ball or weight. Not a fan of any type of crunches. I prefer any type of L-sit, or even planks.0
