I want to know if I carry over about 100 cals per day and use it on my cheat day plus the caliries for my cheat day taking the total to 2600 cals. is this fine for weight loss? my cheat day is sunday thanks.

It's fine to look at your weekly calorie balance instead of daily. If you're a ta deficit for the week, you should still lose weight. Bear in mind that a "whopping" meal, especially if it's high in carbs and sodium, will probably give you a few extra pounds of water weight on the scale. That should come off after a few days though.

    ^^ What he/she said.

I do the same thing. I bank calories during the week and enjoy a dinner out with the wife on Saturdays. I am usually 300-500 over my daily goal on Saturdays, but for the week I am at or below it.

Sunday and Monday scale is never friendly, but I know that's just water. It drops off during the week, and I usually get a 'new low' on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday mornings.

Yeah this is totally fine. I do it often for Saturday as that day I sometimes have larger portions or something that's higher calorie. Then I will "pay back" those calories the following days of the week as needed. I weigh only weekly, on Saturday morning so this works out for me. Also if I have something planned for a special occasion etc, I'll bank or save the calories to help with the extra calories eaten. I use the mfp app a lot to check how my weekly calories progress is going. And I have a fitbit so I know exactly how much I'm burning, so that makes it easy to figure it all out. The fitbit dashboard really helps see my daily intake and output so I know how my deficit is looking.

I would caution that you not go to crazy as you do not want your daily calories to have to be cut too low. I do not like to have to makeup more than 100-200 calories a day during the week.
