Hello, my weight loss journey started in June 2013. I was about to graduate from high school and did not want to be heavy the rest of my life, so I decided to diet. It started with me just cutting out some bad habits I had (grazing on sweets and chips), and slowly but surely my diet morphed itself into the low carb diet. For 6 months i ate 1500 calories a day (15 g of net carbs a day) and followed the diet religiously. In the last few months I haven't been low carving but with a combination of eating healthy and slowly adding I calories to build up my metabolism i lost the last 40 lbs without the low carb diet. Now i feel more self-confident, less uncomfortable, and overall much more healthy. Thank you for reading.
