I am not new to MFP just re-visiting. I started tracking my progress much earlier this year and then found out I was pregnant again! We had just started a biggest loser competition at work and after gaining a pound after my first week, I knew something was up. I also found myself going beyond my calories and never feeling full (the same way I felt with my first son.) :-)

My baby is just over 3 weeks now and I need to start now. I am not looking to lose tons at first because I am nursing and need extra calories but I don't want to gain a ton like I did after I had my first son. I let it get out of control. I return to work in 3 weeks (CRY!) and want to at least fit into my pants so I don't have to buy new ones just to shrink out of them.

I went to the gym for the first time in many months yesterday and it felt strange but good. I got a good sweat, didn't over do it because I still haven't been cleared by the doctor yet but I know my limitations and I was fine.
