fitness dvd's how do you log it on mfp?

So I have decided to do JM 30 day shred. Only problem is how do i log it as a workout on mfp? Any advice gratefully received. thanks x

    For JM DVDs, I generally take what my heart rate monitor says I've burned and log it as "circuit training". If you're not getting your number from a heart rate monitor, you may as well just guess. MFP estimates are notoriously exaggerated. Heart rate monitors are still estimates, but it's your best option if you want to know what you've burned.
