Hi would love to chat to any other low carb peeps out there and maybe meet up. I have just got back onto low carb high fat today after a really bad 6 weeks off( holiday started the downfall then just couldn't get back on!!) I am on a few facebook sites and have made some great online friends who are following the same lifestyle but I would like some more on here as well and also maybe some to hook up with to share ideas etc
A bit about me well I am 38 married with 2 kids (13 and 15)and 2 dogs and have 3-4 stone to lose 3 would be nice 4 would be amazing. I work part time and enjoy the soaps and walking(just don't do enough of it!!!!
