TDEE and exercise question

I am looking at using my TDEE to set my calories rather than the net method MFP uses. I workout 5-6 days a week, and sometimes twice a say. I walk/run, do ruck marches, take a twice a week boot camp type class, do Beachbody workouts like AbRipperX and Insanity, and circuit train based on Spartan Race workouts. The calculator I use asks for number of days a week exercise, and I am not sure what to choose. The options I am looking at are 5 days a week, 6 days, or 5 days (intense.)

Which should I choose?
