Hi guys new to the forum but ive had MYF for a long time now.

i am really stick on my weight loss.

my main goal is to reduce my overall body fat percentage, especially in the belly region.

I'm 20 years old, I'm 5'6", and I currently weigh about 175 lbs. (12stone 5)

My routine for exercise is an hour of HIT training exercise class , really intense stuff working every part of my body, 2-3 times a week, is this enough? i dont know how many calories i burn with this class but when i put it into MFP as circuit training its ruffly about 600-700 calories?

i have been doing that juice plus but realized its a load of Cr*p (for me anyway)

i just want to eat normal and healthy and exercise to loose weight.

could anyone please give me tips and help on making my own healthy plan i could follow daily.. my struggles are the weekend.

my aim is to loose 28lbs (2 stone) end of august as im having a operation,

On MYF my calorie goal is 1200

Thanks
xx

From the stats you gave... the calculator I use... which is IIFYM Calculator (most accurate in my opinion) it says you need 1700 calories.

    1. If your goal is to lose body-fat, you can't pre-determine where it will fall off of 1st... it's different for everyone. There's no way to get it removed the stomach region 1st, unless your body does it 1st.

    2. Workout hard 3 times a weeks with little cardio on off days (walking 2-3 miles) and don't worry about how many calories you burn per class.

    3. You don't need a plan to lose weight. Follow your macros..... eat what you want ....as long as it doesn't put you OVER your calories.

    4. Stay away from diet fads.... (Juicing, Hydroxycut, Nutrisystem, etc.) they are ALL ****.

Macros are protein/fat/carbs. After you are comfortable staying within your calorie goal, you should try to meet your macros for health.
