Turkey vs Lean Beef

I have a question about fat content for both lean beef and turkey. I can find lean beef 96/4 (4 being the fat percentage) but the turkey is 85/15 (15 beinh the fat percentage). In this case wouldn't the beef be a better option?

Yes. I also buy the 94/6 lean beef which is 140 calories per 4oz. The turkey (you're talking ground turkey and not ground turkey BREAST) would be 170 calories per 4oz. Now if you go for lean turkey breast or ground chicken breast you'll drop it lower, but the lean beef isn't going to put you over the edge.0

I go with the 97/3 when it comes eating meat.0

93/7 beef is the way I go, I cant do turkey and 85/15 has probably more calories0
