Short Cleanse While Working Out?

Does anyone know a good, simple, 1 or 2 day cleanse that can be done while working out? If so, what type of workouts can be done?

    Just eat normally, your body can 'cleanse' itself. Else you might be too low on energy during workouts.

    I use Irish Spring. It smells nice, and it's OK for everyday use rather than just one or two days a week.

    No. Your body needs fuel, especially if you're going to start working out.
    Cleanses are fads, all it does is cleanse you of your money and anything lost is only water weight which will come right back.

    If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal
    If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal
    If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal
    If you have 15 -25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal
    If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs/week is ideal

    The new Irish Spring Aloe is fantastic - especially for dry skin. Everyday is even better.

    Coffee and a #2 immediately after, not during. That would be gross.

    This is called the 24 hr cleanse. It starts after work then goes til the next day after work..

    After work day 1

    Start drinking only lemon water
    Eat 2 fiber 1 bars
    Eat as many fruits and veggies as you can stomach.
    That's all that is allowed!

    Next day
    Only caffeinated beverages & lemon water allowed
    More caffine, the better, typically
    Only fruits and veggies.
    1-4 fiber 1 bars allowed.


    Goal- eat as much fiber as you can handle


    After work do sprint intervals

    If this doesn't clean ya out idk what will


    5'8" 128 pounds
    33-25-33

    I try to stay close to home if things are iffy when I'm running. That way if I need to cleanse I can get back to the house pretty quickly. Or I try to have part of my route go near where they are still doing new construction and there are port-a-cans. When I'm lifting and I need to cleanse I just go back in the house and use the bathroom. I try to make sure I don't do any heavy squats or deadlifts if there's a chance I may need to cleanse.

    My problem with running is I always have to cleanse while running, even relatively short runs like 2 miles. Makes things rather uncomfortable, and then I just feel horrible all night. I think I'll just stick with accepting I'm not a runner and not make myself miserable. :laugh:

    I prefer to have 2 24 oz monsters (low carb of course) mixed with a dash of my fav lax.. Usually does the trick.. If I don't lose 5-10 pounds during this 24 hr period, I will up the double the lac amount. Sometimes things need an extra push
