Finding the RIGHT number of cals for me to eat - not too many, but not too few either. And finding exercise that I enjoy.
These two things have made the whole process, and true lifestyle change, totally sustainable, almost easy. I still enjoy the foods I love, I love the results from eating right and exercising, and I can do this for life. :drinker:0 -
Loathing being fat so much that staying fat forever was never, ever an option.
Every single thing about my life is better thinner. Every. Single. Thing. And it only gets better the closer I get to my overall "best self" image.0
