Has anyone tried or doing HIIT WORKOUTS? If so how long and how many days per week should I do? I started yesterday and love it. Has anyone seen results from it?

I do HIIT on my cardio days MWF. I do the discs from BodyCombat. About 30 minute. Good workout0

I do it 3-5 days a week, sometimes on its own or sometimes after I lift. Lately I've been hitting a heavy bag for 1 min/1 min restx10 rounds or I'll hit a tire with a sledge hammer for 1 min/1 min restx10 rounds. It's been working well so far.0
