Sack o' potatoes

Got your attention, huh? LOL!
I lost 5 pounds. Don't know about you, but I love visuals. So when I went food shopping I picked up a 5 pound bag of potatoes and carried it with me while I shopped. That thing got pretty heavy after a few aisles! I was happy to go back to the produce section and leave it there....both figuratively and symbolically!
I plan on doing that again when I hit 10 pounds....although I am sure I'll get some odd looks as I try to shop while lugging around a 10 pound sack o' potatoes!
But seriously, that visual really helped me. 5 pounds may not seem like much, but try doing what I did and you'll realize how much better off you are without that weight!
Good luck!

Yeah visuals are good. I go by bags of sugar0 -
Great idea! Kind of reminds me of the Biggest Loser episode where they wear backpacks filled with the amount of weight they lost. Congrats on your weight loss!0

I use butter...not that I carry it around that store..but to visualize 1lb of butter...x5 or x10 or x50....it's not about the weight of it it's about the actual size...0
