3 mini workouts a day? anyone else?

I having joined an instant family with a 3 and 5 year old and getting time to exercise is impossible it seems. I have read several studies showing the effectiveness of at least 3 mini workouts in becoming healthier. I am utilizing this strategy to get my exercise in when I can. My Zumba videos even has a 20 minute plan. Would like others to join in on this with me.
