Need a workout routine

I am hoping to get some suggestions on developing a more effective workout routine.
I am 30 years old, 5'4 ,150 lbs. My ultimate weight loss goal is 25 lbs.
In the last month I have become much more committed to my exercise and food intake and bave lost 3 lbs.
I still have some work to do on the food/drink aspect as it has been hard not to go out socially on the weekends and have food and drinks.
As far as working out, I've been jogging/walking an hour on the treadmill one or two days a week, using a combination of a stair stepper, elliptical, and bike another day, and then some type of p90 on another day (arms or plyometrics).
I have come a long way with my jogging and have built up my speed to 5 mph from barely being able to go 4 mph. I usually run for 20, walk 5, run another 20, walk 5, then run a little more.
I also have a back issue which prevents me from doing things like sit ups. I have rods in my spine which limit my flexibility.
Based on my current workouts can anyone suggest a more effective routine or how I could better mix up my workouts?

Why not meet with a trainer to get a workout routine that's right for you? Then check in with him or her every few months to assess your progress.0
