SottoPelle and Exercise

Tomorrow is SottoPelle day!
**info** my body makes estrogen and testosterone amounts that are so little I should probably be in my 90s, I am not even 30 yet.

So, for a while I have been doing SottoPelle (which is implants of est and test) and this week is going to be hard for me. Why? "Avoid excessive lower body exercises such as cycling, horseback riding, lunges and squats." This includes my two major workouts (stationary bike, elliptical) and my circuit training. This exercise void is for about 5-7 days, but I don't think I can go that long without fitness.

I am thinking treadmill will be what I can do... Anything you can suggest?
I would love some ideas!
