SABOTAGE

Why are people so evil? my diet is doing well then... someone visits me with chocolate muffins, one sends me a picture of chocolate cake. Oh and we all know that 'well-meaning" friend that wants to make you a special family recipe (in my case, it was pudding)...how can I forget me? buying myself chocolate, biscuits, chips (because you know...restriction is bad :P) and convincing myself I'll only eat what it says on the serving (when I know I have no self control. I can literally eat biscuits everyday)

how does everyone else deal with sabotage self/loved one?

By realizing the only person in control is you. By realizing there's no good or bad food and making an effort to balance your intake to not only satisfy you but squeeze in "evil"things.

    This.

You'll need to learn how much of these "bad" foods you can make room for in your calorie count. If you have a bad day where someone brings you things that might throw your calories off, then make up for it the next day. Learn to have a few bites of something, it's not the end of the world, just account for it.

I've been on MFP over a year now and I've had plenty of things that I thought I shouldn't have. Just last night my husband made bbq pork ribs, something I typically avoid, but decided to have them anyways. They were fantastic!! Today, I'm going to be eating light.
