I want to just give a shout out to all of you. It's nearing the end of the semester when life gets SUPER tough. Along with sleeping properly, eating properly, and working out. You all rock and words of encouragement: semesters are almost done!

    In 11 days time my dissertation will be submitted... and I will have finished university.
    Now I can finally focus on myself and my health!

    I graduate with my B.A. in one month, and I was just accepted into grad school for the fall. I'm stressed, nervous, excited, all rolled into one. Going to try and eat right along the way!
