Before I start my revision I make a set goal e.g. Do one past paper, so then when I start work I know what I'm doing and can focus and don't faff around with trying to find some work to do or unproductively passively reading a book or something... Usually after one or two hour stints I go do something else like watch a half hour tv episode or have a meal/snack!
The downside however to my revision is that I'm so focused on that that all my health and fitness has gone out the window! haven't been to the gym in over a week because I feel to busy and it's making me sluggish... Might go tomorrow... Burn off this endless amount of food I'm eating!0
