What's my activity level?

I've hit a plateau the last couple months, a mix of being hungry and losing my period. I'm pretty sure I've lost inches though, but the scale hasn't moved, except up and down from water weight (plus I had wisdom teeth removed last week so didn't do anything for 5 days).
I increased my activity level though, basically most days I ride the stationary bike for 45 minutes (about 10 miles) and walk 3 miles... That's really 6 or 7 days a week. Then I lift weights for 20 minutes 3x a week (not heavy heavy, but 15-35 lbs dumbbells). We try to go hiking on week ends for 3-4 hours (but with kids and out of shape husband, we take a lot of breaks).
I use TDEE... what do you think my activity level is? I think my goal is too low, which causes me to overeat a couple days a week because I'm just too hungry... so it all balances out in the end I guess but I'd like to have it more controlled.
I'm 5'5", 36, 135 lbs, would like to lose 5 more. I'm just not sure what my TDEE is... My goal has been 1700.
