Calorie burn query?

Hi
I am just adding exercise to my regime following a serious injury last year, so starting easy with walking and a stationary bike.
So, according to MFP half hour at a light intensity is around 280 cals which I thought was surprisingly high, but fine with me.
However, the monitor on my bike says 460 cals which is even more surprising.
I choose light intensity as my heart monitor was saying average of 115 bpm and I could talk, not panting just breathing a bit heavier.
I presume I should use the MFP number? What do you think?

I would take the smallest number and I would also consider only eating back about 75% of that.0

Typically, I find MFP to be pretty close to the mapmy app (map my ride, map my walk, map my run) and both of them are pretty lock stepped with my heart rate monitor (chest strap and pretty reliable)0

Thanks for the advice, I'll go with that then.0
