trying to loose the baby weight

Hi,
I had my second baby 16 months ago and with this one, the weight is not budging. I was on bedrest and had steroid shots when pregnant so I gained about 50 lbs. i'm down to the last 8. and desperately trying to loose it since it is all in my stomach.
