My name is Margaret, just here to learn new things about fitness. I have 2 little boys one is 4 and the other is just turned 2. I'm excited about changing my ways of eating. Healthy eating and healthy drinking. I've recently started adding lemon or cucumbers or cinnamon into my water which I've noticed a difference with my energy levels and digestive haha.
