I want to work out tonight - please motivate me

I have a mat, an ab roller thingy, two dumbbells about 10 kg each. I wanna do something to not feel like such a giant slob! Please help motivate me. I'm not usually good at home exercises (I run more), but I'd like to do some strength.
Sidenote: the dumbbells are my bf's, he's out of town, they are kind of heavy for someone of my strength but i CAN lift them

The weights you have are probably too heavy for this, but don't worry - just use a couple of cans of food or water bottles full of water...at a push, just don't use any weights when specified, the exercises are still good, especially if you focus on your form....bet you start off thinking "this doesn't look so hard"

The weather is beautiful outside, so I am taking advantage of it and walking this evening and doing 30 minutes of upper body weights afterwards.0 -
