I want to work out tonight - please motivate me

I have a mat, an ab roller thingy, two dumbbells about 10 kg each. I wanna do something to not feel like such a giant slob! Please help motivate me. I'm not usually good at home exercises (I run more), but I'd like to do some strength.

Sidenote: the dumbbells are my bf's, he's out of town, they are kind of heavy for someone of my strength but i CAN lift them
