Hi!
I'm currently working out for 5/6 days a week doing cardio and bodyweight exercises.
Now i can say i'm "fit" but i still have a little fat covering my abs, would lowering the intake of carbs help in that?
i dont have A LOT,just the enough to cover my lower abs and make that"pouch"when i sit down.
I'm eating aroun 80g of carbs and protein.
Help please!

If you want to lose fat you just need to eat at a slight deficit over time. What you eat doesn't matter, how much you eat does.
Also even the most fit six-pack ab people have a little pouch when they sit down so you might just be having an unrealistic body image here.0 -
Maybe i've expressed myself in the wrong way,i dont wanna look to thin,i just wanna get rid of the excess,im close to that, but i thought the carbs will have a power there.
I'm trying to do deficit everyday about 4/5 weeks.0 -

Well to get rid of the last bit of fat you still need to be at deficit or if you know pretty much exactly the calories you maintain at you might be able to do some recomposition of your body by doing heavy lifting while eating at maintenance (lose fat, gain a little muscle).
Best bet though is slight calorie deficit, regular resistance training and time.
Carbs require a fair amount of water to solubilize during digestion and carbs therefore come with some amount of retained water which I think is why people try to avoid them. Honestly though there is nothing wrong with carbs, you can still eat carbs and lose that last bit of fat.
Just takes time.0
